Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. What we do

Source India Now is a buyer-side sourcing agency operating from Mumbai, India. We help overseas buyers identify, verify, and engage with Indian manufacturers. We are not a manufacturer, a trader, or a freight forwarder. We act on behalf of the buyer.

2. Services and deliverables

Each service tier has defined deliverables listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Turnaround times are stated in business days and are best-effort estimates, not guarantees. Deliverables are considered complete when we send you the report, documentation, or comparison agreed at the start of the engagement.

3. Payments and refunds

Sourcing briefs are billed 100% upfront. Larger packages are billed 70% upfront and 30% before final delivery. Payments are processed via Razorpay in USD. Because our work is research- and relationship-based and begins immediately on purchase, fees are non-refundable once work has started. If we have not begun work, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

4. What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, or delivery timelines after you place a purchase order with any supplier. Our verification process reduces risk, but it does not eliminate it. All business relationships you form with a supplier are between you and that supplier directly.

5. Confidentiality

Any information you share with us about your product, pricing, or brand is treated as confidential. We will not share it with any third party except suppliers you authorize us to contact on your behalf.

6. Success commission

On closed orders resulting from our sourcing process, a success commission of 5 to 8 percent may apply. The exact percentage is agreed in writing before any order is placed. Success commission applies only to suppliers we originally introduced to you.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
