1. What we collect
When you submit a sourcing brief, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, country, website, product details, quantity, target price, timeline, current sourcing situation, concerns, budget readiness, and how you found us. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, device type, approximate location) via cookies.
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond to your brief, qualify the opportunity, and deliver the service you purchased. We may contact you via email or WhatsApp to follow up or to share relevant sourcing opportunities. We do not sell your data.
3. Where it is stored
Brief submissions are stored in our internal Notion workspace and backed up to our email inbox. Analytics data is processed by our analytics providers. Payment data is processed by Razorpay and is not stored on our servers.
4. Third-party sharing
We share your product requirements with Indian suppliers only when you explicitly authorize us to do so as part of a paid sourcing engagement. We never share your contact details with suppliers without your consent.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our site may use Meta Pixel for Instagram ad retargeting. You can opt out of these cookies via your browser settings or by using tools like the Meta Pixel Helper extension.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at hello@sourceindianow.com. We will respond within 14 days.
